Prior to joining Black Mountain, Ryan founded and operated Sunset Offer, a company specializing in residential infill lot acquisitions for spec home builders and land subdivisions for single-family and multifamily developers.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.
